Water Damage in Birmingham, AL

This is a large residential property we were called to because a hot water heater broke and ran for several days before their realtor discovered the water damage. SERVPRO of Birmingham had a first responder on site in less than an hour and a crew on site extracting water within three hours of the initial call! There were six rooms affected including the garage, kitchen, great room, a bedroom, and two closets. Those rooms totaled over one thousand square feet. We extracted standing water from all rooms and then set drying equipment. The after picture is just four days after the damage was reported.
