Steve Guice
General Manager
Steve is a graduate of the University of Alabama - Birmingham. He has worked with SERVPRO since 2009. He began his career as a Marketing Manager then changed roles where he spent 10 years on the consulting side of the business managing the Wilson Trainership for the last 8 years. He is married with 3 sons (1 set of twins) and has a full house with 10 grandkids ranging from 12 to 2! Steve makes sure everyone knows he bleeds SERVPRO Green!

Danny Raymond
Operations Manager - Water and Mold
Danny has been with our team since 2019. He is a retired law enforcement officer and has moved through the ranks during his time. He began as a Commercial Marketing Rep and Frequency marketing rep. Danny moved to our production team to begin our Commercial Recovery Team as the Project Manager. After a year he moved to the Assistance Operations Manager, then to his current role of Operations Manager. When not working, Danny enjoys coaching his daughter's softball team and spending time with his friends and family.

Rob Gerchow
Business Development
Rob has been part of our team since 2011. Since being with us he has served in many different roles within our franchise and has experience in sales, marketing, and pest management. Rob is fully certified with IICRC Certifications WRT, FRST, ASD, and AMRT. He and his family have lived in Shelby County since 1973 with his wife. Rob has 4 Sons and 3 grandchildren!

Brandon Fennell
Commercial Business Development
Brandon is a Former U.S Army communication specialist and serves on our team as a Commercial Business Development Representative. Brandon has been with our team since 2019. Prior to working with our team, he had over 18 years of experience in the general contracting and facility director world. He is IICRC certification in WRT and FSRT. Brandon is married with two beautiful 2 children!

Luke Potts
Project Manager
Luke has been with our team since 2019. He was hired in as a Crew Chief in training since then being promoted to Project Manager. Luke says that he loves the initial part of mitigation because I can really set the tone with the customer. He and his wife have recently welcomed in a new baby girl that he said has changed his life.

Ross Langford
Fire Manager
Ross has been on our team since 2013. His leadership and dedication on the job sites are unmatched. Ross began his career here as a Restoration Technician and moved through the ranks as a Crew Chief, Priority responder, and is now a Project Manager. When not working, Ross loves working out, eating, and spending time with his friends and loved ones.

Mark Hargus
Project Manager
Mark has been with our team since 2009. He is instrumental in our training and focuses on great workmanship and customer service. After a long career in construction, he has held various positions with us that include, including crew chief, Priority Responder, and now is a Project Manager. When not working, Mark loves grilling, working in the yard, and creating his own little farm.

Jeff Rice
Project Manager
Jeff has been with our team since 2009. He has a wealth of knowledge and is very important to our training program. Jeff has held various positions within SERVPRO of Birmingham that include Crew Chief, Priority Responder, and is now a Project Manager. When not working, Jeff loves hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Ryan Hammock
Priority Responder
Ryan has been with our team since 2021. He is retired from the U.S. Marine Corp and has tremendous experience in Project Management, Operations, and Leadership. When not working, Ryan enjoys watching his daughter play soccer and supporting Auburn Athletics.

Chris Parker
Mold Manager
Chris has been on our team since 2013. Chris leads our Mold Division and his knowledge goes well beyond his expertise. Chris has held various positions including Restoration Technician, Crew Chief, Priority responder, Project Manager, and to his current role. When not working, Chris loves music and spending time with his kids.

Leo Avila
Human Resources Manager
Leo has been a part of our team since August of 2019. He began his career in this industry as a Business Development Representative and since has been promoted to a new department as our Human Resource Manager/Customer Care Manager. Leo is a husband and father of 3 kids. Prior to SERVPRO, Leo served in the United States Marine Corps for a little over 9 years.

Gerald Hicks
Enterprise Recruiter
Gerald works with our HR Team as one of our Enterprise Recruiters. He is a graduate of Stillman College in Tuscaloosa where he played football and graduated with a social science degree. When he is not working with our team he is a sports recruiter helping 50+ student-athletes compete at the next level. Gerald is married with a 3-year-old son.

Justin Murray
Field Estimator
Justin has been with our team since 2012. Justin has multitudes of experience in the Restoration Industry including as Crew Chief, Warehouse Manager, Fire and Water Project Management. Justin uses his knowledge and experience to mentor others and is an integral part of our operation as a Field Estimator. When not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his friends and family, especially going to the movies with his daughter.

Chris Hooper
Commercial Project Manager
Chris began working with our team in 2014 and started out as PT and worked his way up to Project Manager. He was part of our storm team as Storm manager before moving to Frisco, TX to assist with our sister franchise. Chris then moved back to Alabama after a year where he serves as our Commercial Project Manager. Chris is certified in FSRT, OCT, and WRT.
